One Last Typecast for 2016

  1. You're not the only one to have stepped away from active blogging. It does seem to ebb and flow.

Best wishes for the New Year, Bill!

    Cheers!

  2. Just do not worry. Just remember that, meanwhile, Mexicans that arrived illegally to the States shall be kicked off and, at the same time, we have to bear the worst president we have had ever. Did you know that fuel prices -controlled by the government- will raise in an awful, horrible way during all the whole, entire 2017 in Mexico due to Trump's arrival? Those immigrants are so scared that didn't come back to Mexico these year's end's holidays. Besides, in Mexico, when the price of fuel is raised, the other prices are raised too (Minimal salary per hour at $0.50 USD). :(

This year also was bad for my Internet's networks (including my blog: http://joshbeta1.blogspot.com). I barely posted once or twice. :(

Congratulations for your blog's anniversary, and have a Happy New Year. xD

  4. Here's wishing you a good one.

Yes, the typosphere is quieter, on blogs anyway. The Facebook Antique Typewriters group has gotten very active, and Instagram is full of typewriters lovers too. There is something about controlling your own blog that I do appreciate, though.

  5. Happy New Year, Mr. M! Maintaining a blog is tricky, but even a monthly update is better than none at all.

  6. Indeed, we'll all bring up the Typosphere! It hasn't been the same without our dear colleague Strikethru, but maybe she- and the rest of us- will find some new momentum.
Have a good, healthful, and inspiring new year!!
