Fountain pen, typewriter collecting,
and maybe more.
Lovely post! I hope you and yours have a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy New Year. Good luck on the move to Virginia!
Pretty typeface!Merry Christmas to you, too!
And a Merry Christmas to you, too, Bill. That Hermes script looks good - not as girly as that of the Studio 45 I sold a while ago.
Where in Virginia? We have at least two other typosphereans in VA (me and JP at anythinggoesatvt.blogspot.com)! Welcome!
If I have my choice I'd move back to Franklin County, but Mrs. M want to move back to the Richmond area.
We're near enough to Franklin County we could do a type-in somewhere... Maybe we can set one up even so somewhere like Lynchburg or Charlottesville or Roanoke...
The Roanoke Star would work.Just kidding. There were a few places in down town Roanoke like McAdoo's or Mill Mountain if they are still there. There are some nice places in any of those cities. They all have Universities too. That usually equates to some nice places that may be open to typing. I thought you were in Blacksburg. There were some places there too. I used to visit them after I left the range on Saturday mornings. I don't recall much open on Sunday mornings.
Merry Christmas! (Sorry, Blogger can't type that in cursive.)
Merry Christmas, Bill! Best of luck with the move when it happens.
