  1. Nice post, Bill. This collecting schtick can get a little out of control, can't it?
Still, as long as the things in the collection get used, then that's what matters.
Yours is a pleasant and interesting blog, sir, and here's to many more years in the Typosphere.

  3. A year already? How time flies! CONGRATULATIONS on this milestone.

May you enjoy your typewriters, present and future, as much as possible. I cannot imagine life without them, now.

  6. Hooray and congrats! This reads exactly like my first year in the Typosphere (except for the fixing up part . . . I am not too mechanically patient). I've enjoyed your blog too. Thanks so much for writing for us all.

  7. Congratulations!
I have to say, you managed to keep the typewriter pretty low for "just one more typewriter"... In my first 12 months, I acquired 35 of them - and I slowly run into space issues.

    2. I probably have near that number if I took the time to count the stack in the garage. I'd have more if I did not have a wife.

  9. Congrats on the productive year! Sounds like you have found some great deals, great typewriters, and great people. The Typosphere seems to be just that sort of place.
